Chen Loong, although initially hostile, isn’t the most challenging boss you’ll face in the game. He uses lightning-based attacks, so it’s advisable to have gear that mitigates shock damage, like the Loongscale Armor Set, and to stock up on Shock-Quelling Powder.
During the fight, be prepared to dodge his various electric attacks, including lightning orbs, beams of energy, and dive bombs that send out lightning strikes. To find Xu Dog, head to the Village Entrance Shrine and explore the ditch to the east, where you’ll find a tunnel. Xu Dog will be near some rocks, and he’ll ask you to retrieve a medical formula from a boss named Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw, who resides in a muddy pool nearby.
