Discover everything you need to know to complete the fourth night of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit with this comprehensive guide.
After the spine-chilling third night of FNAF Into the Night, comes Night 4 with new obstacles and puzzles for Oswald to overcome. This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough to help you navigate the challenges and progress through the fourth night.
The day begins differently, with Oswald’s parents absent. At school, Dylan confronts Oswald about his late-night activities. As the situation escalates, Oswald experiences hallucinations of animatronics.
To progress, you must headbutt Dylan, run out of school, and head to Jeff’s pizzeria to enter the ball pit. This sequence of events sets the stage for the night’s adventures.
Upon traveling back in time, you will hear a child’s scream again. To investigate, navigate through the Dining Area while being careful to avoid Bonnie, who now roams under the tables.
Make your way to Storage and approach the Security Room. As you reach for the door, Freddy suddenly appears, blocking the entrance. This unexpected encounter requires you to find a way to distract Freddy the Fazbear.
To distract Freddy, you need firecrackers. Return to the present by jumping back into the ball pit. Go to the Library and find Jet, the firecracker kid from Day 2.
Trade the Freddy Mask, which you should have obtained on Night 2 by exiting through the attic, for a firecracker. After acquiring the firecracker, Spring Bonnie (disguised as Oswald’s dad) will find you and take you home, setting up the next phase of the night.
Once home, you must escape the house again. There are several routes available. You can use a rope found in the basement to escape through the attic, use the attic ladder to exit through the basement window, or simply walk through the front door.
It’s important to note that previously used exits may be blocked, so be prepared to explore alternative options. Choose your escape route wisely and make your way back to the pizzeria.
Back in the past, approach the Security Room door. Use the firecracker to distract Freddy, causing a flashbang effect that allows you to enter the room.
Inside, you’ll find the trapped child in the far right corner. Take a moment to collect the dad’s wedding ring, which is crucial for certain endings.
The trapped child won’t say anything until you look at the cameras. This is the most nostalgic part of the game, where you need to switch cameras and prepare for a jumpscare. Check the cameras to locate Spring Bonnie, who can be seen in the Entrance Hall feed.
To create a distraction and lure Spring Bonnie away from the exit, you need to trigger a loud noise somewhere in the pizzeria. The easiest option is the radio near Foxy’s curtain in the Dining Area.
However, you’ll need a spare battery to activate it. Once you’ve made the noise, quickly return to the Security Room.
Upon returning to the Security Room, you’ll find the child missing. Check the cameras again to see Spring Bonnie taking the child to the Kitchen. Make your way there and locate the freezer where the child is now locked.
To free the child, you’ll need a tool. Head to the Arcade and find the large hammer near the machine that one of the kids was tied to on Night 3.
Return to the Kitchen with the hammer and use it to break open the freezer door. Once the child is free, they’ll make a quick escape.
As you free the child, Spring Bonnie hears the commotion and comes after you. You’ll need to fend off Spring Bonnie using quick-time events. Successfully complete these events and make a mad dash for the ball pit to return to the present, narrowly escaping danger.
Congratulations! You’re now ready to enter Night 5, the final night in the game, and approach the ending.
By following this guide, you will be able to survive Night 4 of FNAF Into the Pit and progress to the last night of the game. From escaping school and home to rescuing the trapped child and evading Spring Bonnie, each step requires careful planning and quick thinking.
With this night complete, you are now set for the final and most intense challenge in Night 5.
