How to Get Mythic Cars in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3

To get your hands on a Mythic car, you’ll need to defeat one of the Fortnite bosses roaming the new Wasteland area in Chapter 5 Season 3.

Each boss has their own Mythic car locked away that you can claim after defeating them.

How to Unlock the Mythic Cars’ Cage

The process to unlock the cage is the same for each Fortnite Mythic car:

1. Locate and defeat the Wasteland boss
2. Once defeated, they’ll drop a Medallion – equip this
3. A marker will appear on the map guiding you to the boss’s caged car
4. Approach the cage’s locked gate – it will open when you get close
5. Enter and take control of the Mythic vehicle

The Machinist and Megalo Don’s cars can also randomly appear being driven around by their crew.

Check your map for their roaming icon and you may be able to take the car on the road.

Fornite Mythic Cars Strengths and Counters

These Mythic Nitro cars are packed with the following strong vehicle mods:

• Unlimited nitro boost for unrelenting speed
• Spiked bumpers that damage enemies and objects on impact
• Bulletproof, indestructible tires
• Deadly mounted turrets (machine gun or grenade launcher) for passengers

However, they can be taken down by targeting the vehicle itself or using new anti-vehicle weapons like Nitro Fists and Boom Bolts. With a max driver and health pool of around 2,000, focused fire can still eliminate these Mythic threats.
