Learn how to beat Ravenous Hunter in Once Human with our detailed boss guide covering all phases and strategies.
Ravenous Hunter is a tough boss you’ll face in Once Human. This guide will help you take it down without breaking a sweat. Let’s dive into the strategies for each phase of defeating Ravenous Hunter in Once Human.
When you first enter the arena Ravenous Hunter will greet you with its trusty minigun. Don’t panic! There’s plenty of cover around.
Duck behind the big generator-looking thing and wait for the gun to overheat. That’s your chance to pop out and shoot at the gun until it blows up.
If you’re not dishing out much damage yet don’t worry. You can grab the minigun when it drops for a nice boost to your firepower. Just remember it’ll slow you down a bit.
After you’ve dealt some serious damage Ravenous Hunter will become invincible for a bit.
Two spawners will appear and start sending nasty little Gnawers your way. Take out the spawners quickly! Watch out for the boss’s laser attacks while you’re at it.
Round two of the minigun madness starts pretty much the same as before. The boss might be a bit angrier this time so stay on your toes.
Keep aiming for that gun and use a cover smartly. If you see any oil drums lying around chuck ’em at the boss for some extra boom.
Ravenous Hunter swaps to a rocket launcher in this last phase. Those rockets will try to track you so keep moving and use cover wisely.
If you’re feeling brave you can try getting up close with a shotgun or melee weapon. The rockets don’t lock on as well when you’re in its face.
For the tougher versions of this fight, you’ll want to bring your A-game. Here are some tips to help you out:
In hard mode you’ll face some extra challenges:
If you don’t have a solid build yet don’t sweat it. Focus on precision weapons for the gun-breaking phases. Bring a mix of weapons to handle different situations. A rifle crossbow and shotgun combo can work wonders.
Remember practice makes perfect. Keep at it and you’ll be taking down Ravenous Hunter in no time. Good luck out there!
