With the Artifact in hand, return to the Four Seasons Pavilion and give it to Shuanshuan, triggering a cutscene that sets the stage for the puzzle’s solution.
Periodically revisiting the Four Seasons Pavilion will eventually lead to Shuanshuan performing a melody on Yi’s flute. Engage with him during this performance to receive the Ancient Penglai Ballad. This Key Item contains a sequence of symbols that correspond to the bells within the Daybreak Tower.
