League of Legends Patch 14.12 is on the way. The PBE has some information about what to expect. These changes are not final. Riot Games tests different ideas before releasing the patch.

These are the main changes found in the PBE datamine for League of Legends Patch 14.12. Aatrox sees some base stat adjustments to his health regen and armor growth.
His E ability, Umbral Dash, has changes to the damage vamp. The ultimate ability, World Ender, has a significant increase in healing amp at all ranks.
Naafiri’s passive, We Are More, provides more AD to packmates. The Q ability, Darkin Daggers, has a slightly higher cooldown at early ranks but remains the same at max rank.
Viktor’s Q ability, Siphon Power, now works on structures, dealing full damage.
In terms of items, Opportunity’s lethality should work with the Jack of All Trades rune. A tooltip fix is coming for Turret Reinforced Armor to match the changes from Patch 14.11.
For runes, First Strike’s base gold is being reduced from 15 to 10.
Remember that these changes are tentative. The final patch may differ from the PBE. Riot Games will reveal more details about their plans for balancing and updating League of Legends as the testing continues. Patch 14.12 should be an interesting one for champions like Aatrox, Naafiri, and Viktor.
