The Utterance of Marvels II quest is the second main quest in Wuthering Waves, beginning immediately after completing the Utterance of Marvels I quest.

Wuthering Waves Utterance of Marvels II Quest
Starting the Quest
Utterance of Marvels II automatically unlocks after defeating the boss in the previous main quest, Utterance of Marvels I. The quest begins in a valley filled with minor enemies.

Absorbing and Equipping Echoes
Follow the path and yellow marker until the objective changes to “Defeat Stonewall Bracer.” After defeating this enemy, interact with the glowing shade it leaves behind to absorb its Echo. This adds the Stonewall Bracer Echo to the Echo Collection. To equip the newly acquired Echo:
- Select the icon on the top-right corner to access the Attribute Details menu.
- Click the icon with the red exclamation mark on the left side to view the Echo menu.
- Click the circle with the plus icon on the right side.
- Select the desired Echo and click the Equip button.
Activating the Resonance Beacon
Continue following the path southward and defeat at least two Tacet Discords. If they leave behind an Echo shade, absorb it to unlock their special abilities. Before entering the City of Jinzhou, activate the Resonance Beacon next to the path to unlock a teleport waypoint in the area and earn Astrites and Union Experience. Activating this beacon will:
- Unlock a teleport waypoint in the area
- Earn Astrites and Union Experience
Completing the Quest
After activating the Resonance Beacon, continue following the path southward through a cave system until reaching the city gates of Jinzhou. Enter the city to complete the Utterance of Marvels II quest and begin the next main quest, First Resonance.
