2. Purchasing from Shifang Pharmacy: For those who prefer not to forage for Wintry Bell, an alternative method is to buy them from Koko at the Shifang Pharmacy in Jizhou. The pharmacy is located southeast of Jinzhou and is marked on the map with a small, black vial icon. Each Wintry Bell costs 3,000 Shell Credits, with a purchase limit of 15 per weekly restock cycle.
