New Content

  • A new Realm based on Mulan opens its doors, featuring a rustic training camp surrounded by lush mountains.
  • Mulan and Mushu join the cast of characters in the Valley, each with unique Friendship Quests and rewards.
  • The “Majesty and Magnolias” Star Path introduces new rewards, including a Dream Style for Mulan, floating kites, paper lanterns, and more.
  • An in-game event celebrates the release of Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2, offering Emotion-themed Animal Companions as rewards for completing memories inspired by the film.
  • A collection of free Pride-themed items can be claimed via in-game codes, with more details to be shared in a blog post.
  • The premium Island Getaway House Bundle, inspired by Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, offers a range of customization items, including a Dream Style for Stitch, a beach-side House Style, a surfboard Glider, island-inspired clothing, and furniture.
  • Remy’s Special Deliveries repeatable quests allow players to deliver food orders to Villagers in exchange for special rewards.
  • Weekly rotations introduce new optional items in the Premium Shop, as well as new DreamSnaps challenges and rewards.

Edit Mode & Furniture

  • Adjusted Edit Mode to allow continuous placement of copies of a furniture item without returning to the Furniture menu.
  • Added the ability to “duplicate” a placed furniture item in Edit Mode.
  • Added the ability to replace all connected pieces of a path or fence with a different style.
  • Adjusted path and fence placement when using a controller for easier tile-by-tile placement in cardinal directions.
  • Added an option to view similar items when hovering over a furniture item in Edit Mode.
  • Adjusted the cursor to remain centered on the screen when using Edit Mode in exterior locations with a controller.
  • Adjusted camera speeds in Edit Mode based on zoom level.
  • Added the ability to hide the game UI while in Edit Mode.

DreamSnaps

  • Improved the UI within the Current Challenge menu for better readability of mandatory and bonus tags.
  • Added the ability to view DreamSnap submissions within the Voting and Rewarding menus.
  • Added the ability to view the number of bonus tags fulfilled in the DreamSnaps submission window.
  • Added a toggle to make Touch of Magic furniture items invisible during DreamSnaps submissions.
  • Added a new filter in Scrooge McDuck’s Store to show items relevant to the current DreamSnaps challenge.
  • Removed tags from hairstyles and facial hair to allow players to maintain their personal style while meeting DreamSnaps requirements.

Valley Visits

  • Added the ability to buy and sell items at Goofy’s Stall during Valley Visits.
  • Added the ability to have Animal Companions follow the player during Valley Visits.

Premium Shop

  • Improved the Premium Shop preview page UI to provide a larger view of the selected item.

Other

  • Reduced the size of time rifts when the Hourglass tool is not actively equipped.
  • Improved the “reward” screen when purchasing an item in the Premium Shop or opening a chest containing an item.
  • Added an option to sign up for the Disney Dreamlight Valley newsletter within the Cloud Save menu.

  • Introduced further optimizations to reduce crash rates on all platforms.
  • Fixed issues related to quest progression in “Sprouting a Story,” “Gaston the… Hero?,” “Flying Metal Nuisance,” “Village Project: Restoring the Sunstone,” “A Deal with Ursula,” and “Escape Claws.”
  • Fixed an issue causing crashes or freezes when cooking certain recipes in outdoor spaces.
  • Fixed an issue where objects would disappear after colliding with the game camera.
  • Fixed clipping issues with various dresses and socks.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Daisy from sharing the time remaining before a new Boutique Challenge.
  • Fixed an issue that kept the gate to Eternity Isle closed.
