To unlock Oswald in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must complete a new specific quest line, which begins with A Spark of Imagination quest. This quest is unlocked after completing A Bit of Help From Your Friends quest.
Step 1: Start Oswald’s Many Dimensions Quest
Once you have completed A Spark of Imagination quest and exited the ancient ruins, you can find Oswald on the Eternity Isle.
