As of now, the exact location of the new artifact domain housing these sets is unknown. However, the domain will likely be situated within the new zone that’s also set to release with the Genshin Impact 4.6 update.
You can expect to get your hands on the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and Unfinished Reverie artifact sets when Genshin Impact Version 4.6 drops on April 24, 2024.
Based on the set bonuses alone, both Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and Unfinished Reverie seem like they could be valuable additions to many characters’ builds.
The ATK% boost from the 2-piece bonus is always welcome, while the conditional damage increases from the 4-piece bonuses could lead to some interesting team compositions and playstyles.
Of course, the true value of these sets will depend on how they synergize with specific characters and their kits. Theory crafters and min-maxers will undoubtedly be hard at work testing out various combinations once the sets become available.
For the average player, it’s probably worth spending some time in the new domain to secure a few solid pieces from each set. Having more options is never a bad thing, and you never know when a new character might be released that perfectly utilizes one of these sets.
