If you’re playing Marvel Rivals and trying to collect all achievements in Season 1.5, you might be scratching your head over the “Ruined Idol” achievement. This guide will walk you through exactly how to find and destroy the mysterious Bloodstorm One statue in the New York map.

What is the Ruined Idol Achievement?

The achievement description states:

“Shatter the Bloodstorm One statue when Eternal Night falls on New York.”

While this tells you what to do, it doesn’t tell you where to find the statue. This achievement is only available on the Central Park map in New York, which was added in the Season 1.5 update on February 21, 2025.

Finding the Bloodstorm One Statue

The statue is hidden inside Dracula’s Castle, which is a major junction point on the map. How you get there depends on whether you’re on the attacking or defending team.

Path for Defenders (Easiest Method)

If you spawn as a defender, getting this achievement is much simpler:

Leave your spawn area and follow the graveyard path on your left. Continue walking until you reach Dracula’s Castle doors. At this point, look for a hole in the wall on your left side. Go through this hole and you’ll want to enter the darkened room on your right. The Bloodstorm One statue is waiting for you at the end of this room.

Path for Attackers

If you’re on the attacking team pushing Ratatoskr, it’s a bit trickier but still doable:

Start from your spawn and move through the first capture point. Follow the main path until you reach an uphill section just before the second gate. While going uphill, keep an eye out for a broken wall on your left side. Go through this broken section and look for a door on your right. Once you find the door, turn left instead of going through it. You’ll enter a large castle area where the statue sits behind a health pack.

Best Heroes for Getting the Achievement

If you’re on the attacking side, certain heroes make this task easier. Speed-focused heroes like Spider-Man, Venom, and Rocket Raccoon can quickly navigate to the statue location while avoiding enemy confrontation. Alternatively, stealth heroes such as Loki or Invisible Woman offer a different approach, as they can sneak past enemy defenders to reach the castle without drawing attention. Choose the hero that matches your playstyle for the smoothest experience.

How to Destroy the Statue

Once you’ve found the Bloodstorm One statue, simply attack it with your primary fire or abilities until it’s completely destroyed.
