Passive – Elf Dance– Erin’s Basic Attacks deal (+100% Physical Attack) (+20% Magical Attack) physical damage and grant Energy. At max Energy, Erin can spend Energy to fly, gaining 30 fly speed per 100 Magical Attack, up to a maximum increase of 450 speed.

– At max Energy, she gains 1 stack of Laurel and an enhanced Basic Attack, which deals 70 (+120% Physical Attack) (+30% Magical Attack) physical damage to enemies in its path.

– Erin’s pierce/lifesteal becomes versatile pierce/lifesteal and uses the higher of Physical Pierce/lifesteal and Magical Pierce/lifesteal.
Skill 1 – Dance – Leaf Greeting– Erin fires laurel leaves in the specified direction, dealing 350/420/490/560/630/700 (+40% Physical Attack) (+100% Magical Attack) magical damage to enemies hit while inflicting a stack of Laurel on them.

– Upon hitting an enemy hero or reaching the maximum range, the mark flies in a circle, and enemies that come into contact with it take 125/150/175/200/225/250 (+20% Physical Attack) (+30% Magical Attack) magical damage and are slowed by 30% for 1s.

– The CD is reduced by 0.1s for every 100 Magical Attack, up to a maximum of 1.5s.
Skill 2 – Twirl – Forest Whisper– Blessed by the Luminescent Forest, Erin immediately recovers full Energy, gains her Passive effect (including Speed Up, 1 Laurel stack, and an enhanced Basic Attack), and gains another stack of Laurel.

– She also becomes immune to slow and gains 20/24/28/32/36/40% Attack Speed for 3s.
Ultimate – Waltz – Laurel Bloom– Erin gains 1 Laurel whenever she has full Energy. At 6 Laurels, this skill is unlocked, and the Laurel cap is increased to 12/15/18.

– When this skill is used, she gains 10/15/20% Movement Speed and continuously consumes Laurels to shoot laurel leaves, each one dealing 60/90/120 (+40% Physical Attack) (+35% Magical Attack) magical damage to the target with the lowest Health within range and reducing Skill 2’s cooldown by 0.2s.

– His Passive grants him 30 (+6 per skill level) Physical Attack, 75 (+15 per skill level) Magical Attack, and 12% Movement Speed.

– Enemies who touch the chain take 25 (+5 per skill level) (+25% Magical Attack) magical damage every 0.5s.
Skill 2 – Mastery – Glide– Throws his instrument in the specified direction and links it to an enemy, reducing their Physical and Magical Defense by 15% (+3% per skill level).

– His Passive grants him 15% (+3% per skill level) Physical and Magical Defense.

– Enemies who touch the chain take 25 (+5 per skill level) (+25% Magical Attack) magical damage every 0.5s.
Ultimate – Peace – Longevity– New: When the chain links 2 targets, it drains the enemies’ Health and grants it to a teammate. If the target is defeated, cooldown is reduced by 70%.

– Removed: The Health recovery effect from the Passive.
Dian WeiDian Wei

Passive – Mounting Rage– Every time Dian Wei uses this skill, he removes any crowd control effects on himself.

– If he removes a disarm, blind, slow, silence, or immobilize effect, he gains 14 (+1 per hero level) Physical Attack and 35 Basic Attack range for 6s, for up to 6 stacks.

– If he removes a hard crowd control (where he can’t move) he gains 2 stacks of this effect.

– This effect diminishes as its stacks disappear.
Skill 1 – Holding on to Sanity– Cooldown: 9s (-0.4s per skill level) → 8s (-0.3s per skill level)

– Damage Dealt: 275 (+55 per skill level) (+100% Physical Attack) → 300 (+50 per skill level) (+100% Physical Attack)
Skill 2 – Frenzy– Cooldown: 8s (-0.6s per skill level) → 7s (-0.4s per skill level)

– New: If he misses an enemy, Dian Wei will only gain 50% of the Attack Speed bonus and lifesteal effect.
Ultimate – Leap of Fury– True Damage Dealt: 300 (+50 per skill level) (+90% Physical Attack) → 320 (+160 per skill level) (+90% extra Physical Attack)

– New: The Ultimate knocks back targets slightly. For each enemy hero hit, the hero gains 1 stack of the Passive’s enhancement effect.

– Freeze Duration: 1s → 0.75s

– New: If another freeze effect is inflicted on an enemy within 3s of them being frozen, the effect only lasts for 0.5s.
Skill 1 – Ocean of Tears– Cooldown: 8s → 10s (-0.4s per skill level)<br>- Damage Dealt: 500 (+100 per skill level) (+65% Magical Attack) → 500 (+100 per skill level) (+80% Magical Attack)

– New: Lady Zhen conjures icicles at the target location, which shoot up from the ground to block hero units. The icicles last 8s and continuously slow nearby enemies. If Lady Zhen is in range when the icicles are conjured, she will be frozen in an invincible state for 3s. The icicles crack violently when the skill ends or is stopped, dealing 150 (+30 per skill level) (+35% Magical Attack) magical damage to surrounding enemies and inflicting 10% (+2 per skill level) slow for 3s. Damage is doubled at the center of the explosion.
Skill 2 – Flowing Sigh– Cooldown: 6s → 8s (-0.3s per skill level)

– Damage Dealt: 300 (+50 per skill level) (+40% Magical Attack) → 250 (+50 per skill level) (+40% Magical Attack)

– New: Icicles can be selected as targets. Once it is unable to continue bouncing, the water will disappear at its current target after a 3s delay.
Ultimate – The Water Elementalist– Direct Skill Damage Dealt: 400 (+100 per skill level) (+65% Magical Attack) → 300 (+150 per skill level) (+65% Magical Attack)

Boots of Dexterity– Passive – Lightning Recovery: Melee/ranged hero Basic Attack hits now restore 30/40 Health. This effect is halved when hitting non-hero units.
Scale Blade– Passive – Devastating Blow: Effect is now applied every 2.5s. Causes the next Basic Attack to deal 75–150 (increases with hero level) (+12% extra Health) physical damage to minions and monsters, as well as restore 50% of damage dealt as Health. (This effect is halved for ranged heroes.)
Dragon’s Rage– Passive – Devastating Blow: Effect is now applied every 2.5s. Causes the next Basic Attack to deal 100–200 (increases with hero level) (+12% extra Health) physical damage to minions and monsters, as well as restore 50% of damage dealt as Health (halved for ranged heroes).

– Passive – Divine Power: Effect is now applied every 2.5s. Causes the next Basic Attack to deal 50–100 (increases with hero level) (+6% extra Health) physical damage to minions and monsters (halved for ranged heroes).

Honor of Kings New Hero: Luara

  • Class: Marksman
  • Recommended Lane: Farm Lane
  • Passive: Serpent’s Envoy
    • Defeats and assists increase Luara’s Movement Speed for 1s, and grant a serpent blade for 6s. Her Basic Attacks unleash the serpent blade at the enemy and deal damage.
    • The serpent blade comes with a 10% Basic Attack effect that grants vision of the target hit and continuously hits the enemy for 6s. Luara can have up to 2 serpent blades.
    • When Luara’s Critical Rate reaches 50%, the serpent blade gains a 30% Attack Speed boost.
  • Skill 1 – Deadly Fang
    • Luara gets a serpent blade for 6s. She also gains a 90% Movement Speed increase that diminishes over 2s, during which she can leap over terrain.
  • Skill 2 – Furtive Attack
    • Luara summons the Fire Serpent at the target location. After a short delay, the Fire Serpent charges at her, dealing magical damage to enemies in its path and reducing their Movement Speed by 50% for 2s.
    • If Luara has active serpent blades, the serpent blades immediately strike the enemies hit by the Fire Serpent.
    • If Luara doesn’t have active serpent blades, her Skill 2’s cooldown is reduced by 50% instead.
  • Ultimate – Blazing Glare
    • Luara unleashes the Fire Serpent in the target direction, dealing magical damage to enemies in its path and blinding them for 2s.
    • She immediately gains 1 serpent blade and enhances herself for 6s. Attacking enemies or taking damage during this period accumulates Energy. At max Energy, Luara deals magical damage to enemies within range and launches them for 0.5s.
    • Blinded enemies cannot deal damage with Basic Attacks, and their skill projectiles will deviate from their normal trajectories randomly and hit enemies along the way.

This patch for Honor of Kings introduces a wide array of changes, including equipment adjustments, a new hero, hero reworks, and stat changes. The new hero, Luara, is a Marksman who specializes in the Farm Lane and brings unique abilities to the game.
