How to Get and Use Amitoi in Throne and Liberty
Throne and Liberty offers players a unique feature called the Amitoi House where adventurers can send their cute companions on expeditions. This guide covers everything from accessing the Amitoi House to maximizing its benefits.
How to Unlock Amitoi House
In Chapter 3 of the main story, the Amitoi House opens up for players. To get there, you need to complete the “A Small But Mighty Companion” quest first, which begins in Kastleton. Look for Adventure Pro Percy near the Contract Coin Merchant by the central statues. Percy will talk to you briefly and introduce Amitoi Expeditions, then send you to the Amitoi House.
How to Access the Amitoi House
Unlike typical locations in Throne and Liberty, the Amitoi House isn’t a physical place on the map. Instead, you must use magical teleportation to enter. The method varies slightly depending on your platform:
For PC Players
- Look for the Amitoi icon on your hot bar, usually located above the right side of the skill bar.
- Click this icon to instantly teleport to the Amitoi House.
For Console Players
- Hold LT/L2 to open the Action Menu.
- Press LS/L3 to switch to the second tab.
- Use the right stick to select the Amitoi House icon (it looks like a map).
- Release LT/L2 to initiate teleportation.
Once inside, you will find yourself in a house with a cozy interior and a fireplace. The key feature here is the Amitoi Expedition Map, located on a table in the center of the room. This map serves as the control center for sending Amitoi on expeditions.
How to Use and Start Amitoi Expedition
To begin an Amitoi Expedition in Throne and Liberty, here are the steps you need to do:
- Interact with the Amitoi Expedition Map.
- Choose a region.
- Select up to five Amitoi to send. The team size will increase based on your level.
- Set the expedition duration (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours).
- Click “Begin Expedition” to send your team off.
Expeditions yield various rewards including:
- Crafting materials
- Cooking ingredients
- Abyssal Contract Token Points
- Special rewards (occasional)
The expedition progress can be tracked via the Amitoi icon near the minimap. A purple bar indicates the completion percentage. Clicking this icon provides more detailed information about the ongoing expedition.
Completing expeditions grants Expedition Team EXP. As the team levels up new regions unlock expanding the potential rewards. Consistently running expeditions is key to maximizing this feature’s benefits.
To leave the Amitoi House, simply click the “Exit” icon below the minimap in the upper right corner of the screen. Remember the front door is just for show – all entries and exits are via teleportation.
