Learn how to grant building permission in Once Human. Share your base with friends and hivemates for collaborative construction and resource sharing.
Once Human lets you team up with friends to build amazing bases. But first, you need to give them permission to build. This guide explains how you can give that building permission so you can start working together on your base in Once Human.
There are two main ways to grant building permissions in Once Human: through your friends list or your hive list. Both methods are pretty simple once you know the steps.
Here are the steps to give building permission to a friend in Once Human:
This gives them full access to modify your base. If you just want them to access storage and crafting stations pick “Allow Storage” instead.
You can also set permissions by walking up to your friend in-game and pressing Z.
If you’re in a hive follow these steps:
There are two main permission levels:
Pick the level that fits what you want your friend to be able to do. Allow Build is great for trusted friends you want to collaborate with. Allow Storage works well for sharing resources.
Think carefully before giving out building permissions. Friends with access can easily build destroy or move things in your base. Only grant permissions to people you really trust not to mess things up.
From the permissions menu, you can also let friends access storage and use facilities in your building. This is separate from building permissions.
With these steps, you’ll be ready to create an awesome shared base in Once Human. Working together makes base building more fun and helps you gather resources faster. Just be smart about who gets the keys to your base kingdom!
