The League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2024 is almost here, with the Play-In Stage kicking off the thrilling international tournament. Eight teams from various regions compete in this opening act, trying to secure a spot in the Bracket Stage.

MSI 2024 Play-In Stage Format and Participating Teams
The MSI 2024 Play-In Stage features a double-elimination format, with teams divided into two groups of four. The groups consist of the following teams:
- Group A: Estral Esports (LLA), FlyQuest (LCS), PSG Talon (PCS), T1 (LCK)
- Group B: Fnatic (LEC), GAM Esports (VCS), LOUD (CBLOL), Top Esports (LPL)
All matches in the Play-In Stage are best-of-three (Bo3) series. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Bracket Stage, while the bottom two teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

Bracket Updates and Advancing Teams
As the MSI 2024 Play-In Stage progresses, the brackets will be updated daily to reflect the results of each match. The winners of the Upper Bracket Finals and the Lower Bracket Finals from each group will secure their spot in the Bracket Stage, joining the four teams that have already qualified:

The Bracket Stage will start on May 7, featuring a double-elimination format with best-of-five (Bo5) matches.
