From the angriest of all, the Hulk, to the loveliest Luna Snow, Marvel Rivals offers a ton of fun with a diverse array of characters, and it’s only just the beginning!
By joining the closed alpha test, you can enjoy the power-filled battles. Of course, in the world of hero shooter games, there are roles to play with each role has its own responsibilities.
The available roles are Vanguard, Duelist, and Strategist. Let’s find out about the details!
Vanguard Heroes
Vanguard is the tank role in Marvel Rivals. With high amount of HP and defense, Vanguard’s responsibility is to be in the frontline and soak up enemy damage. There are currently 5 heroes in the Vanguard role:
- Bruce Banner/Hulk
- Doctor Strange
- Groot
- Magneto
- Peni Parker
Duelist Heroes
Duelist is the DPS in Marvel Rivals. With high damage and deadly skills, Duelist’s responsibility is to focus on killing the priority target. There are currently 10 heroes in the Duelist role:
- Black Panther
- Hela
- Iron Man
- Magik
- Namor
- The Punisher
- Scarlet Witch
- Spider-Man
- Star-Lord
- Storm
Strategist Heroes
Strategist is the support role in Marvel Rivals. With healing capabilities and crowd-control skills, Strategist’s responsibility is to keep teammates alive at all cost. There are currently 4 heroes in the Strategist role:
- Loki
- Luna Snow
- Mantis
- Rocket Raccoon
