There are some mechanics that players can experience in the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds:

Massive Multiplayer Lobbies

Players can look forward to a range of new multiplayer features. Massive lobbies allow up to 100 players, with 16 visible at base camps, creating a more lively atmosphere.

Cross-platform play means you can hunt with friends across different devices, and the new “Link Parties” feature lets you team up with players from other lobbies. Party communication is also improved with dedicated text and voice channels.

Accessibility Features

Accessibility options are getting an upgrade, too. The new Arachnophobia Mode transforms spider-like monsters into slime creatures, making the game more approachable for players who are uncomfortable with spiders. This feature can be toggled on or off in the settings, ensuring players can customize their experience to feel more at ease.
