When you first start playing V Rising, your vampire’s appearance will be locked until you progress through the game’s tutorial and main questline. To unlock the ability to customize your character, you must complete the “First Book In The Library” quest step. This quest is part of the early game progression and is mandatory for all new players.

Once you have completed the necessary quest step, you can craft a Mirror to access the character customization screen.

There are two types of mirrors available in V Rising: the Gothic Mirror and the Cabal Mirror. Both mirrors serve the same purpose and have the same crafting requirements.

To craft a mirror, you will need:

  • 4 Copper Ingots
  • 8 Planks

Mirrors can be found under the Dominance tab in the Production section of the Build menu.
