To get the recipe for making Irradiant Gruel, players first need to defeat the boss enemy named Angram the Purifier. Beating this tough opponent will unlock the blueprint. Once unlocked, Irradiant Gruel can then be crafted at an Alchemy Table by combining the ingredients Mutant Grease and Plague Brier. These materials can be obtained by creating a Vermin Nest structure and a garden at the player’s base.
