The Hextech Baron is a significant addition to the Wild Rift map. This new objective comes with a fresh set of animation. However, the most exciting aspect of the Hextech Baron is the ability to summon a rideable dinosaur in your base.
Once your team secures the Hextech Baron, the first minion wave will be empowered. As long as the Hextech T-Rex remains in the vicinity, subsequent waves will continue to receive buffs.
The Hextech T-Rex possesses a unique set of abilities that can significantly impact the game:
Patch 5.2 also introduces two new Heralds and Hex Gates, which will alter the dynamics of the game.
The Bomb-like Herald spawns small bombs around it, which roll onto the lanes. Players can pick up these bombs and use them to demolish enemy turrets. The goal behind this change is to make Herald more impactful for the entire team rather than benefiting a single player. Although to us it seems a bit too broken.
The Turret-type Hex Herald, on the other hand, functions as a living turret. When placed, it rapidly fires at enemy turrets, dealing significant damage. However, one thing to notice here is that this Herald has an energy bar that slowly depletes over time.
The best possible change in the upcoming patch is Hex Gates. Unlike other MOBAs on mobile Wildrift has a bigger map and hence rotations are harder.
Hex Gates spawn at the 4:30 mark and have a 45-second cooldown. These gates allow players to teleport from one side of the map to the other, facilitating quick rotations and strategic plays. Both teams can utilize each other’s Hex Gates, adding an element of unpredictability to the game.
Hextech Loot Kits are another addition to the Wild Rift map. These kits spawn randomly in any lane, aiming to provide laners with a greater sense of achievement during the laning phase. There are seven different Hextech Loot Kits, each offering unique benefits:
Lissandra is an exciting new addition to the Wild Rift champion roster. Her kit revolves around magic damage and crowd control.
Abilities
Passive: Ice Wraiths
When an enemy champion dies near Lissandra, she spawns Ice Wraiths. These wraiths deal significant damage to the enemies.
