This article will tell you about all the Loong’s Pearl locations in Wuthering Waves and the full farming guide to get them.
The 1.1 update for Wuthering Waves introduced a new character ascension material called Loong’s Pearl. Many players are eager to obtain this item, as it’s required for ascending the latest banner character Jinhsi, and other new characters. Fortunately, there are a few ways to get your hands on Loong’s Pearl.
When you do find Loong’s Pearl in the wild, it appears like a blue flower on tall stem plants. Interestingly, interacting with one plant provides two pearls instead of one.
The best location to farm Loong’s Pearl is around the lake near Loong’s Rest in Mt. Firament, the new area added in the 1.1 update. Another good spot is the Mianglong Chamber, which contains around 16 Loong’s Pearls.
To unlock the Mianglong Chamber, you first need to obtain the Cipher Key from the Truthseeker’s Path quest.
For players who prefer to purchase the item, Loong’s Pearl can be bought from the Shinfang Pharmacy in Jinzhou. One piece of Loong’s Pearl will cost you 3,000 Shell Credits. Buying the pearls provides a quicker alternative for those who don’t want to spend time scouring Mt. Firament.
Currently, one characters in Wuthering Waves require Loong’s Pearl for ascension, and obviously, it’s the newly released Jinhsi.
She needs a total of 60 Loong’s Pearl to reach her maximum ascension level. Considering you can yield two Loong’s Pearl per plant, only a small number of plants need to be located to gather enough materials for ascending Jinhsi to the current level cap.
In summary, the most effective method to stock up on Loong’s Pearl is to thoroughly explore the lake near Loong’s Rest and the Mianglong Chamber in Mt. Firament.
Purchasing them from Koko at the Shinfang Pharmacy is also a viable option as well. With a bit of effort, you’ll soon have a healthy supply of this valuable ascension material. Best of luck in your new Wuthering Waves 1.1 adventures!
