The Utterance of Marvels I quest is the first main quest in Wuthering Waves, a prologue that introduces players to the world of Solaris-3. This quest begins automatically after choosing the Rover’s gender and interacting with Chixia and Yangyang for the first time.

Leaving Gorges of Spirits
To start the Utterance of Marvels I quest, players must leave the Gorges of Spirits area. Follow the yellow marker until reaching a cliff wall, then move forward to climb it. Use the jump button to leap over the small ledge and climb the second wall, using the Wall Dash maneuver to ascend faster.
Defeating Tacet Discords and Chasm Guardian
After climbing the walls, players will encounter Tacet Discords. Defeat these enemies using a combination of Basic Attacks and Resonance Skills. Continue following the path and markers until a cutscene plays, introducing a larger group of Tacet Discords and a Chasm Guardian.
To defeat the Chasm Guardian, activate the Resonance Liberation skill and switch characters to trigger powerful Outro Skills. The Chasm Guardian is slow, so players can easily dodge its attacks, land a few hits, and then retreat to safety.
Activating Resonance Beacon and Entering Tacet Field
After defeating the Chasm Guardian, follow the path to a small tower with a red beam. Activate this Resonance Beacon to unlock a fast travel point and earn Astrites and Union Experience. Continue along the path to a cliffside overlooking an area.
Jump down from the cliff and activate the glider to enter the Tacet Field. A cutscene will play, leading to a boss fight against an unknown Tacet Discord enemy.
Battling the Unknown Tacet Discord Boss
The unknown Tacet Discord boss is faster and has more range than previous enemies. To defeat it, dodge attacks and counter-attack when a gold circular outline appears around the boss. Players can also perform perfect dodges by evading just as the boss’s attack flashes white, granting bonus attacks and temporary immunity.
When the boss’s Vibration Strength (the white bar under its health) is depleted, it becomes paralyzed. Use this opportunity to perform a Finishing Attack for massive damage.
